Class formats for Any Level + EXPERIENCE
HIIT

30 and 45 minutes of High intensity interval training that will focus on your cardio endurance and muscular power.

No equipment required.

PRENATAL HIIT

35 minutes high intensity interval training class designed for expectant mothers and led by a certified pre/post natal instructor. Anyone is welcome to take this class, you do not have to be pregnant.

No equipment required.

STRENGTH

30, 45, or 60 minutes of functional interval training that will focus on muscular endurance and aerobic strength training. Equipment required.

This class will either require a set of dumbbells or booty bands and strength bands.

POWER

30 or 45 minutes of heart pounding cardio bursts mixed with low impact muscle toning strength circuits. Imagine if our HIIT and STRENGTH classes had a baby, it would be our POWER class.

Dumbbells Required

TABATA

30 minutes of short power burst intervals with shorter rest periods. This class will focus on cardiovascular conditioning and muscular power.

No equipment required.

VINYASA YOGA

60 minutes of restorative and invigorating yoga in the style of Vinyasa flow. You will build up a sweat in this class while strengthening your muscles and increasing flexibility.

No equipment required.

ZOOM AND STAY CONNECTED

Join any of our instructors 7 days a week for live classes and to meet other members of the community.
